Like its predecessors, the aptly named Blood Oath Pact 7 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a limited edition release. Made from a combination of 14, 8, and 8-year-old bourbon, the resulting blend is finished in Sauternes wine casks from the Bourdeaux region of France to create a warming, sweet, and surprisingly easygoing bourbon despite its relatively high proof.

Palate:Â Cinnamon, tropical fruits, simple syrup, caramel and baking spice
